Tunnel Vision

Norway is big on tunnels. I think it’s safe to say that tunnel building may be one of their greatest skills. In our travels around Norway over the last ten days, I estimate that we’ve been through well over 100km of tunnels. Sometimes through the heart of mountains, other times under the sea.
Since we were spending so much time in them, Liz took it upon herself to document these experiences. I was less than enthusiastic because it’s clear that all tunnels look the same when you’re in them. You can’t tell up or down slope or anything. It’s dark and black and boring.
I suppose that this series of photos proves me wrong.
