From the last three days.
Looking backwards just as we got on the Elroy-Sparta trail. It’s impressive how much work was done on this trail — in this case it was digging a tunnel under a county highway for the trail. The original train tracks crossed at grade.

Rahr!

Overlooking the Wisconsin River valley on a wet morning.

An amazing find, we just stumbled on a multi-use trail — the old 131 — that went exactly where we wanted to go. Cool covered bridges over the beautiful Kickapoo River.

West entrance to the western-most tunnel on the Elroy-Sparta Trail. It was literally raining from the ceiling inside the tunnel, we had to walk the entire length (boohoo!), which took about 20 minutes.

Elevensies along a beautiful road west of Spring Green, WI. Awesome protection barrier and table.
