Announcing the 2024 Alps trip Video Series by Harald!

Last summer (July 2024) when Harald and I bikepacked through the Swiss and Italian Alps, we both captured hours and hours of video footage. Some of that made its way into these blog posts, but most of it was stowed away and forgotten. Forgotten, but not lost, and since then Harald has been putting together a video series detailing our trip!

I think you’ll appreciate some of the nice touches he’s been able to include, such as custom 3D map visualizations and a thoughtful commentary track. We also got together to watch the footage and laugh at ourselves, and he captured our reactions, which are interspersed within the videos as well.

There are three videos available now on his channel with more coming up over the next months as Harald has time to edit. It’s a huge effort, so be patient! I won’t blog about each one (subscribe on YT to get notified when the new episodes come out) but I will try to remember to post once we wrap up with the final episode.
